Welcome to O’Rourke Rentals at Wells Beach! Wells is a favorite vacation spot for all.  It offers a beautiful beach, shopping, excellent restaurants  and entertainment for families.

• We offer two fully furnished units that can sleep 7.  You must provide your own sheets and towels.
• Provides electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, flatware and dishes, pots and pans, cable and wifi internet. 
• Backyard with picnic table, clothesline, charcoal grill, cold outside shower,firepit, and beach chairs.
• 100 yards from this beautiful beach!
• We love children and pets.
• Arrival at 2:00 pm and departure by 10:00 am on Saturdays.
• Upstairs unit provides a view of the harbor and beach.  It rents for $1500 a week. The lower level rents for $1200 a week.   Confirmation made by half the rental as a deposit.  Balance received upon arrival.    ( Open May through October)
• Trash pick up is on Tuesdays and Saturdays very early.  Barrels must be moved to the front by the telephone pole and returned to the side of the building.
